This promotional item was picked up at a Sam Goody in the United Kingdom at the time of the Under The Pink release, and it was used in the store to promote the album. It's possible this strip was at one time affixed on or around the 30"x30" Under The Pink large standee (linked below) since it's the same material & width, and both were picked up as a unit (the strip was not attached when received, however). Since the Under The Pink standee linked below has no text mentioning the album, it makes sense. This cardboard strip could also have been used as a stand-alone display around the store. It promotes the songs "Cornflake Girl," "God," "Pretty Good Year," and the cassette/CD release formats.
