This is the gold-stamped promotional 12" Vinyl of Y Kant Tori Read. It's not uncommon to find the gold stamp in a different position on the back cover, as with the saw tooth cut-out. Some copies also included a two-page promotional biography from Atlantic regarding the debut album.
