Jump to Variation: Upside Down Inner Sleeve
Description: On this variation, the inner sleeve was incorrectly printed upside down.
Main Description:
The UK "Raspberry Swirl" single was cancelled at the last minute before its release. Many copies had already been shipped to stores to be sold, and ended up being sold anyway. Despite the fact that this single was not officially released, it is not that difficult to find or rare. This CD is very similar to the German version, with three main differences:
• The finish on the German disc is matte, while the UK is shiny/iridescent
• The German has text all the way around the outside of the CD, including "Made in Germany by Warner Music Manufacturing Europe." This line is absent in the UK version, so there is a gap in the text close to her hand.
• On the insert, the words "Warning: Unauthorized copying, hiring, lending, public performance and broadcast of this recording are prohibited! Made in Made in Germany by Warner Music Manufacturing Europe. France EW 773" appear below the track list. On the UK version, this is absent.
The proposed release date as shown here was 3rd August 1998 (taken from the stickered UK promo CD).
