Description: This box looks very similar to the original version, with a few key differences. The discs of this release say "Precious Little Diamonds Stories," and do not contain Paulina Stuckey Artwork. Additionally, the text on the sides and back of the box is more purple than pink. The front of the box, the booklet, and the disc inserts are identical to the original.
The discs in this set are identical to each other with the exception of the catalog and matrix numbers.

Description: This variation is totally different in packaging from the first two. It comes in a clamshell case measuring 7.5" x 10.5"x .75", and the discs are CD-Rs instead of silver-pressed boots. It also came with a poster, rather than a booklet.

Disc 1 contains songs recorded with Baltimore, Under The Pink songs, songs from a wedding performance in spring of 1978, and "A Conversation With God" (Attilla The Honey). Tracks 1-7 and 14 are rated "good" sound quality, while tracks 8-13 are rated "poor." Sound sources are vinyl, video and radio. Total track time is listed as 74:09, but is actually 51:02.
Disc 2 contains a live show from the Little Earthquakes tour. It was recorded on Sept. 29, 1992 at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, CO, USA. It is incorrectly labeled "Roxy Theater 03/15/92, Amsterdam, Holland." This is a soundboard recording, with "very good" sound quality. This concert is also featured on the bootlegs White Horses and Winter. Total track time is 74:09.
Disc 3 contains covers and rarities from the Under The Pink tour from a variety of concerts. The sound sources are audience recordings, with the quality ranging from "fair" to "good." Total track time is 68:53.
Disc 4 contains a live show from the Under The Pink tour, with 3 bonus tracks. Tracks 10-11 were recorded on March 29, 1994 at the Palladium Theater in London, while tracks 12-14 were recorded on 2 Meter Sessions (incorrectly labeled 3 Meter Sessions) on March 14 in Amsterdam, Holland. There are several ways to check whether a CD is silver-pressed or CD-R:
1) The most common and obvious way is to look at the bottom -- if it's any color other than silver (and occasionally gold for some special commercial releases), then it's definitely CD-R. But there are some CD-Rs that are silver-ish, so this alone isn't enough to say definitively that it's a silver-pressed CD.
2) Check for a matrix code printed onto the silver side of the CD around the center ring. Silvers will have this, while CD-Rs will have the matrix code printed on the inner-most ring (often made of plastic):

This 4-disc set is one of the most sought-after and valuable bootlegs available. It has also been copied by other companies trying to capitalize on its rarity and desirability. In addition to the versions noted here, there are quite a few other CD-R variations. The original set comes in a cardboard box with two double-jewel cases and a booklet inside. The original can be identified because the text on the sides and back of the box is more pink than purple, and the discs feature the artwork of Paulina Stuckey -- also known as Paulina Cassidy. Her former website is currently down, but you can still see it here on the Wayback Machine:Silver
A "silver CD" refers to how the data is transferred to the disc. If the bottom is blue/gold/green/etc (except in some special cases where a commercial release will be a gold CD) it's usually a CD-R, and anyone could make it. There are CD-Rs available with images printed on the artwork side of the disc using special printers, so that alone is not enough to discern whether or not it is a silver CD.There are several ways to check whether a CD is silver-pressed or CD-R:
