This 7" single was released in 1980 after Tori (then known as Myra Ellen) won a Baltimore city contest to write a theme song for the city. The vinyl was privately pressed and is one of the rarest Tori items. It was once thought that there were only a handful of these in existence, however Tori's father, Dr. Edison Amos, has stated that Tori shared the pressing with another person for a total of 1000 vinyls. Tori's vinyl was the larger of the two lots, so this puts the actual number of Baltimore vinyls somewhere between 500 and 1000.

This item is not necessarily a single, however it is of interest to Tori collectors. This reel-to-reel recording appeared for sale on Ebay in December of 2003. It contained 6 never-before-heard songs recorded in 1982 under the name Myra Ellen. The songs were released onto CD and distributed among fans, however this reel-to-reel is the only known original source of these songs. The sound quality of the songs is not the greatest due to the age and condition of the reel.
