Description: This retrospective album is a compilation of Tori's previous work on her former Atlantic label, and was described by her as a "sonic autobiography". These group of songs may possess similarities to a "greatest hits" album, but Tori expressed pointed dislike for the term. She not only included songs she felt told her personal life story, but she also re-recorded two songs originally taped in 1990 for Little Earthquakes: "Sweet Dreams" and "Mary". Two previously unreleased songs were also included on the record: "Angels" and "Snow Cherries from France".
The DVD contains 3 live tracks performed at soundcheck from the live concert that was filmed for the DVD "Welcome to Sunny Florida" (on September 4, 2003), as well as a photo gallery set to music from the remixed songs on the album.
